FRIDAY, December 27th

Beach Greet

10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

For the first event on the island, we’re bringing chill vibes only.  We know a spot (details to come) that is a bit off the beaten path, but the kids are going to love it.  The Adventure Squad (the kids) will be out in force and prepared to make your kids feel like part of the group.  The kids will be off exploring for the most part, so the adults will be able to visit or just enjoy the beach. Close to lots of food, shave ice, etc. so when you are ready to leave there’s plenty nearby in Hanalei.

Time: We will be there from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Feel free to drop in, no need to stay the whole time, although we would love it if you did!

Where: Hanalei Beach (we’ll provide detailed instructions.)

Who: Everybody that’s available, but especially those with kids.

What: Meet and greet, enjoy the beach, let the kids play, and get to know each other.

What to Wear: Beach attire

What to Bring: Nothing is required, but if you have beach stuff from your condo, feel free to bring it!

Kid Vibe: Squad initiation and missions. Lots of stuff for the kids to play with (river, beach).

Rumpus Pre Games

4:00 PM - 5 PM

Before the big Wild Island Rumpus party, join us right outside for some fun for kids and adults.  The kids will be whisked away by their Adventure Squad leaders, leaving the adults to pregame and prepare for the night ahead.  Drinks (cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages) and light snacks will tide us over until the party begins.

The Wild Island Rumpus

5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

The Wild Island Rumpus is a vibe, but Friday night it’s also a big island party.  Prepare your senses accordingly.  Island-inspired food will be served, along with an open bar serving adult beverages and soft drinks.  There will be music and other entertainment.  Oh - and a dance floor. Please don’t forget your dancing shoes – or sandals – it is Hawaii after all.

Who: Everyone

What: Party! Performances! Dinner! Drinks! Dancing!

What to Wear: Whatever you are wearing to the cocktail party

What to Bring: Just your game self

What To Expect: A very Magen/Kellen-centric entertainment experience.  Food will be Hawaiian buffet style (similar to what you’d get at a luau).  Lots of opportunities for dancing.

Kid Vibe: Mischievous, hands on, dance party.
